Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. SMS TERMS (Required Compliance Section)

10.1 Program Name and Description

22 Media Labs

22 Media Labs provides informational and service-related messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, lead responses, support updates, and other service-related notifications.

10.2 Opt‑Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that messaged you. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
